Visiting this website
This website is hosted by Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. When you open a page, Webflow processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the page you request, and the time of the request. Some files are delivered through content delivery networks that Webflow uses. We need this data to show you the website and keep it secure. Webflow keeps these log files only as long as it needs them for operation and security. Under the GDPR, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts are delivered by Webflow together with the website. No data is sent to Google Fonts or other font services.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. We do not create user profiles and make no automated decisions about you.
When you write to us
If you send us an email, we use your address, your message, and any details you include to reply and to follow up on your request. Our email provider processes these messages on our behalf. We keep the correspondence as long as we need it for that purpose or as long as the law requires us to keep it. Under the GDPR, the legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data outside Switzerland
Webflow may process data in the USA. Webflow is certified under the Swiss-U.S. and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Switzerland and the EU recognise as providing adequate protection. Where a provider is not certified, we rely on the standard contractual clauses recognised by the FDPIC and the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask us which personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it. You can have incorrect data corrected, ask us to delete data, and object to its processing. Under the GDPR you can also ask us to restrict processing and to hand over your data in a portable format. Write to info@aprilrobotics.ai. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, with the data protection authority in your country.
